All items must be in the original condition as shipped from our studio. The customer is responsible for shipping charges, including delivery confirmation and insurance. Please get in touch with us before returning any merchandise. Safely return your item for return shipping in the packaging it arrived in or the equivalent. Insure and track the package. If an item is not received, we won't be able to make the exchange or refund.
Refunds
Once your item has been received, we will contact you to let you know it has arrived and will refund the original form of payment or send a piece you have selected for exchange. Refunds are processed in 1 to 2 days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
